Any change or cancellation of the reservation must be sent in writing by email to BCO Congresos.
The following policies will apply:
- Before May 1st, payment will be refunded without penalty for cancellations. No penalty will apply in the reduction of nights.
- Between May 2nd and June 1st, the two-night deposit will be applied as penalty for cancellations. No penalty will apply in the reduction of nights.
- From June 2nd, in the event of cancellation/reductions in the number of nights, the entire booking period will be charged as penalty.
- In case of no show, the entire period will be charged as penalty.
