A new section with Frequently Asked Questions on the conference postponement has been published.
EPS 2020 has been postponed to 2021
Over the last few weeks, we have been following the evolution of the growing impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak closely, both locally and internationally. In view of this, and because our first priority is the health and well-being of all the attendees of this event, we have decided to postpone the EPS Conference, originally scheduled for June 22-26 2020.
The new dates for the Conference are 21-25 June 2021, at the same venue: Hotel Meliá Sitges, Spain.
While we aim to maintain the scientific program as much as possible, we foresee a call for new contributions in late 2020/ early 2021. Current contributors will be given an opportunity to update their submitted abstracts.
We have already received positive initial feedback from invited and plenary speakers. Authors of oral and poster presentations will be contacted soon, and we will facilitate changes in registrations and bookings.
We would like to apologize for any inconvenience the postponement may cause, but hope you will understand our decision, considering the exceptionality of the situation. We will continue to work on offering an unforgettable conference in Sitges and we hope you will be able to participate. We thank you for your continued support and understanding in these difficult times.
We look forward to seeing you in Sitges in June 2021!
