This will be a virtual conference.
If you are already registered for the EPS Plasma 2020
You will receive an email asking whether or not you want to keep your registration for the virtual conference. In case you want to, you will receive an automatic refund of the difference between the original fee and the virtual fee.
If you wish to register
Please do so by following the link: epsplasma2020.eu/registration
If you wish to change the name of your registration
If you cannot attend, you can transfer your registration to a colleague. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the full name of the new participant and their e-mail address.
If you cannot attend the Conference
Please contact the Technical Secretariat to be refunded at: email@example.com
Bookings at Meliá Sitges Hotel made through the Technical Secretariat will be refunded.
If you had booked your accommodation through the Search Engine
Please contact the Technical Secretariat at: firstname.lastname@example.org
If you have purchased a ticket for any of our activities you will automatically receive a refund for that amount.
The intention of the EPS-PPD Board and the Conference Programme and Local Organising Committees is that, to first approximation, for plenary, invited speakers and selected contributed oral speakers, everything will remain invariant. Of course, we anticipate that the scientific content of the talks, together with its abstract, may evolve and authors will receive further instructions in the coming months.
Updates of already submitted and accepted abstracts
At the beginning of 2021, we shall contact you to update your abstract on the same website on which you have submitted it.
New abstracts submissions
Abstract submission for new and updated abstracts starts on January 25th and ends on February 19th, 2021.
